RETURN POLICY

All sales are final. We do not accept returns or exchanges.

Damaged in Transit If your print arrives damaged during shipping, we will provide a replacement at no additional cost. You must:

  • Contact us at shadeandshiver@gmail.com within 7 days of delivery
  • Provide photos of the damaged print and packaging
  • Retain all original packaging materials

We will review your claim and, if approved, send a replacement print. Damaged prints are not required to be returned.

Quality Guarantee We take care to ensure each print meets our quality standards before shipping. Please inspect your package upon delivery and contact us immediately if damage is found.
